I went to Alexandra in October, hoping to find orchard jobs, but did not manage to get one and found a job on the vineyard instead, doing thinning for the shoots in spring, besides working on the farm, I also met some fellow travellers and we ride to the tourist town Wanaka to visit, the farm I work at was in Cromwell and we drive from Alexandra for 30 minutes
